We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This applies provided the products are returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We can then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
